Tuition paid in full by the first week of classes receives a 10% discount.
Monthly Tuition: First and last months payment due at registration (September and June). Payments due there after October 1, 2019 through May 1, 2020.
Trimester Tuition: First trimester payment and last months payment (June) due at registration. Additional payments due December 1, 2019 and March 1, 2020.
Payments will be accepted by CASH, CHECK, or, MC/VISA/DISCOVER. Downstage Dance also offers Automatic Credit/Debit Card payment options.
A non-refundable $25 registration fee is due at registration.
Downstage Dance does not pro-rate for any classes missed. If tuition payment(s) are more than 30 days past due, student(s) may be suspended until payment(s) is made.
No refunds will be given for classes cancelled due to inclement weather.
Families taking 2 or more classes receive discounted rates that are built into tuition costs.
Any tuition payment received after the 10th of the month will incur a $15 late charge.
Make all checks payable to Downstage Dance, LLC.
$35 fee will be charged for returned checks.
Dropped classes: Any student who drops a class after the drop date of October 1st will be responsible for the remaining fees of that trimester. A $100 cancellation fee will be applied for any classes dropped after January 1st.
Costumes: Costume payments are due October 1, 2019. Families with 4 or more costumes, 50% costume deposit is due October 1st. Final payment due no later than December 1, 2019. Costume payments can also be made upon sign up. Any late costume payments will incur a $25.00 late fee. All costume payments are non-refundable! Any student who joins Downstage Dance after January 1st, 2020 will incur an additional shipping fee in addition to costume payment.
Winter & Spring Performances: All dancers are expected to perform in both Winter and Spring Performances.
Winter & Spring Performance Tickets: All ticket payments are cash or check only. Any tickets purchased by credit card will incur a 5% processing fee.
Picture Day Payments: Payments will be accepted by cash or check only. Any payments that are made by a credit card will incur a 5% processing fee.
All tuition, tickets, costumes and merchandise are final.
