2022-2023 DOWNSTAGE DANCE TUITION SCHEDULE, PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Fall Registration Forms & first payment may be mailed back to us or stop by the studio during fall registration hours to return your forms and make payment. Students are not registered in classes until all forms and payment are received.

  • Tuition paid in full by the first week of classes receives a 10% discount.

  • Monthly Tuition: First and last payment due at registration (September 2022 and June 2023). Payments due thereafter, October 1st, 2022 through May 1st, 2023. 

  • Trimester Tuition: First trimester payment and last month’s payment (June) due at registration. Additional payments due December 1st, 2022 and March 1st, 2023.

  • Tuition Payments will be accepted by CASH, CHECK or MC/VISA/DISCOVER. Make all checks payable to Downstage Dance, LLC. Downstage Dance also offers Automatic Credit Card/Debit Card Payments. Please fill out the form attached if you choose this form of payment!

  • A non-refundable $30.00 registration fee is due upon sign up.

  • Downstage Dance does not pro-rate for any classes missed or for holiday's off. If tuition payment(s) are more than 30 days past due, student(s) may be suspended until payment(s) is made.

  • Any tuition payment received after the 10th of the month will incur a $15.00 late charge.

  • $35.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.

    

  • Dropped Classes: Any student who drops a class after the drop date of October 1st, 2022 will be responsible for the remaining fees of that trimester. A $100 cancellation fee will be applied for any classes dropped after January 1st, 2023. Dropped classes must be done in writing via email. No refunds will be given for classes paid in full after January 1st.

  • Costume Payments: Costume payments are due October 1, 2022. Final payment due no later than December 1, 2021. Costume payments can also be made upon sign up. Costume payments will be accepted by Cash or Check only. Any late costume payments will incur a $25.00 late fee. All costume payments are non-refundable! Any student who joins Downstage Dance after January 1st, 2023 will incur an additional shipping fees in addition to costume payment.

  • Winter & Spring Performance Participation: All dancers are expected to perform in both Winter and Spring Performances.

  • Winter and Spring Performance Tickets: All Winter and Spring Performance ticket payments will be accepted by Cash or Check only. 

  • Picture Day Payments: Picture Day payments will be accepted by Cash or Check only. All picture day payments must be made at least a week before your scheduled date. Refunds will only be given if canceled 7 or more days prior to your scheduled picture date. 

  • All tuition, tickets, costumes, pictures and merchandise sales are final.

  • No refunds will be given for classes canceled due to inclement weather.

  • All School Closings and/or school closings due to inclement weather will be posted on our Facebook page, Instagram, Website and Remind App!

COSTUME FEES 2022-2023

Supply, stock, shipping issues have driven our costs up dramatically. Our costume prices are dependent on student's size upon measurement.

XSC - LC:  $85.00 per costume

XLC - LA:  $100.00 per costume

XLA - XXLA:  $105.00 per costume

**Any student who joins after November 1st, 2022 is responsible for additional shipping costs. Costume companies have notified us and all orders must be placed earlier than usual due to worldwide shipping issues/concerns.
